white spacer redux

Took the white spacer out and my, what a difference!
cant find any "little brass plug" under which to adjust the idle ( under the plug )
Bike is a 1996 and there is no brass plug anything anywhere on the carb. Anyone know if its elsewhere or just not there that year?
